Nick was raised in Brownsville, Texas, a small border town on the Rio Grande River. He then attended Texas A&M University at College Station where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree, double-majoring in History and Communication Studies. During his time in College Station, Nick was a member of various student organizations and ultimately served as Executive Director of the Texas A&M Hispanic Presidents’ Council.
After graduating from Texas A&M, Nick moved to Houston to attend South Texas College of Law. As a law student, Nick clerked with several litigation firms in the Houston area gaining invaluable experiences in all phases of litigation. Additionally, Nick has competed nationally as a Frank Evan’s Center Advocate in negotiation, mediation, and arbitration, and became a certified mediator upon graduating law school.
Prior to joining the Daspit Law Firm, Nick practiced family law in Dallas and is no stranger to the courtroom.
Nick is a member of the Dallas Bar Association and the Dallas Hispanic Bar Association. In his free time, Nick enjoys watching Aggie Athletics, staying active, and spending quality time with family and friends.
